Wedding Minimums

There is a 125 person minimum to rent our grand ball room for a wedding on a Saturday night and a 80 person minimum on other nights.

Reception Schedule

Should you wish to extend your reception for longer than 5 hours, overtime is occasionally available (depending on time and day of the week). The cost for overtime is $300.00 per hour.  The Function Office should be contacted  in advance of the reception date if you need more information on overtime and availability.
 

Guest Minimums

Stow Acres operates at a minimum guest count 125 on Saturday nights and 75-100 at other times depending on the date and time of the event.  Please inquire.

Reserving a Date
A $1,500.00 deposit is required to secure a date. Dates can be held without a deposit for five days, provided there are no other inquiries. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
 

Kids Meals

We charge $19.95 for kids meals and have a number of options that we can discuss with you.

Vendor Meals

We charge $24.95 for vendor meals which include a salad and the main meal you have selected for your guests.
 

Bar Service Options
Open bar: You are billed for the drinks consumed by your guests plus a 10% service fee and 10% gratuity. A per person deposit ($15/person for 1 hour, $30/person for entire reception) is taken in advance and the remaining balance is paid the day of your function or a refund will be processed the following week in the office if the entire deposit is not used. You can offer an open bar for all beverages, or you can offer complimentary soft drinks, with all other offerings available for cash purchase. You can also offer an open bar during the cocktail hour and have your guests pay for all beverages thereafter. You can also purchase bottles of wine to be served at each table.

Cash bar: Your guests are asked to pay the server when the drinks are delivered. You are not responsible for any gratuities on cash bar service.

Wedding Ceremonies
It is possible to have your wedding ceremony at Stow Acres Country Club. The ceremony is set up in the main function room in a chapel style and we can accommodate up to 250 guests. Our outdoor patio area can seat up to 130 for ceremonies.  We can provide a skirted banquet table to be used as an "altar", and you can bring any additional items you might need. Additionally, we offer the use of our archway, which can be decorated by your florist to enhance the ceremony area.  Rehearsals are available and can be scheduled with your event manager one month prior to your reception. Pricing for these services are dependent on the number of guests. Please inquire.

Administrative Fees and Taxes

A 20% administrative fee plus 6.25% meals tax is added to all orders.
